We want to share with you our love, passion and dedication in every Blissful Diary creation, making sure that you get the best Blissful Diary experience. We understand the anticipation of wanting to receive your new Blissful Diary products in good mail condition and we take pride in doing so.

 

The Time For Order Delivery Is Divided Into 2  Parts.

Processing Time:Order verification, quality check, and packaging. These will take 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipping Time:This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our warehouses to your address and it will take about 3-10 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  1. Visit our contact 

  2. Enter your order number and email address to start

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Can I make a revision to my order? 

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact support@theblissfuldiary.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed we cannot make a revision.

Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 5-7 business days. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What items are returnable?

  1. Within 30 days from the date of purchase

  2. In unused and resellable condition

  3. In the original packaging with all the tags intact

International returns.

International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by honimelo. Import duties and VAT charges may apply for international deliveries and are not included in your order’s total. honimelo assumes no responsibility for import duties or customs charges. 

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Gift cards

  2. Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  1. Refund to the original payment method

  2. Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
